Lovely Caring CEO, Good work culture, Opportunity to grow, Understanding managers. Good Induction to the company with Chris. Everyone is friendly.

Cons

Leaders and romans are now one company but don't seem to work together.

Our induction was newly created in 2019 and Chris will be delighted that you enjoyed this. We have taken on board your comments about having joint events for both Leaders and Romans. Unfortunately due to the size of the organisation and the wide geographic spread of locations, company wide events can be hard to organise but this something we will feedback. Lizzie - HR Department
