Pros

I started in August 2018 as a Lettings Negotiator in the Leaders Christchurch Office. After only 10 days with the company, I gave birth to a little girl I did not even know I was expecting until I went in to labour. Leaders were absolutely fantastic and granted full Maternity Leave with mat pay in line with the government standards and full use of the company car. They were very accommodating with my return to work and although I only returned in May 2019 and am expecting to go on Maternity Leave again in December 2019, I am already making plans for my return with the Regional Lettings Director.

Cons

Due to the fact I'd moved, I was looking to shorten my hours slightly for travel reasons. As this was not suitable for my role, I had to transition to the Property Management Hub in Bournemouth.

Cons

There are no downsides to working for LRG as my career has blossomed since 2015, and I am challenged in every aspect of my skill level and dedication.

Thank you for your feedback. Our employees are the heart of our business and we recognise the importance of showing our appreciation for that, which I'm glad you feel is the case. Unfortunately the nature of the business can sometimes require long hours but this is currently under review for areas of the business that flagged this as a concern in our Employee Engagement Survey. Thank you for all your hard work to date. Lizzie - HR Department
