      Pros

      I attended a Leaders induction last month. The trainer was Chris Wilkinson and he was brilliant. He provided a lot of information about the company as well as the business plan for the next 5 years. They listen to their staff and this is a great way to build a solid relationship.

      Pros

      Inspiring, forward thinking senior management team. Fantastic culture of support, encouragement and recognising and rewarding success. If you work hard and are prepared to put the hours into your training and personal development then there are superb opportunities for career progression. I talk from experience having been with the business for 18 years and risen through the ranks. I can't imagine working for anyone else, and wouldn't want to!

      Long hours and weekends but at my level I don't have a problem with this.

      Amazing company and amazing culture

      Pros

      The people in the offices I work are friendly and supportive, I feel recognized as a person not just a number. I attended head office in the week and all the team there are amazing.

      Cons

      Every work place has challenges however I am yet to see any bad in this role.
