      Great company to work for

      Pros

      You feel valued. Hard work does not go unnoticed and is rewarded. Does not feel like a typical corporate company. Staff welfare appears to be important.

      Cons

      It can be difficult at times to get things processed quickly as there is no flexibility with processes. Working until 6pm is tough and this does not seem to be uniform across the company, same with Saturday hours, some branch open hours are longer than others which is unfair.

      Workload can sometimes be too much but this can sometimes be unforeseen

      Pros

      My manager is very supportive and has always been there to help whether it's in person, via phone, zoom or email. I've met my team over Zoom. They seem so lovely, supportive and have a great dynamic and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Trust, respect and support are so high. I've been made to feel like I'm one of them and feels like I've known them tears! We are kept regularly updated by the company and the CEO on the latest news within the business.

      Cons

      None....strange times with social distancing, sitting in bubbles but that is not a con for Romans.
