Pros

Since joining Leaders i have had incredible support. Coming in as a complete newcomer to the industry i have been guided and trained in an environment that allowed me to get to grips with the basics without feeling overwhelmed or thrown in the deep end. The recruitment process was formal and does require preparation, however it was not overcomplicated or over pressurising.

Cons

I have no cons to put in this section.

Pros

Communication prior to employment and throughout interview process was great. I was kept up to date with no delays. Upon receiving and accepting an offer I received my contract swiftly and everything was put in place for my start date. The management staff here are really inspirational, approachable and care about your progression and happiness in your job role. It is apparent that the CEO is highly respected and from what I have seen, he is an inspirational leader.

Cons

Can be long hours, especially when working a saturday as you have to do a 6 day week. I would also like to see more consistency in working hours across the company as some branches work less hours which is unfair.
