Don’t feel like just a number in the system like other corporate companies in the property industry, your views and ideas are genuinely recognised and taken into consideration. A true care for the individual rather than the figure.

Cons

Nothing as of note, if you work hard the long hours and have the winning mindset you will get the rewards.

Not the wall street type of sales floor. Still quite salesy Line managers are amazing - Especially Rory Washington Friendly people that will be looking out to help you grow when stuck. Easy yo move departments

Cons

- isolated call centre no shops around (crown house) - dont pay for any personal expenses like gas
