Cons

Not much opportunity to progress as the staff love the company so they rearly leave to make room for promotions

Thank you for leaving a review! I'm pleased to hear that you feel you've had good training! While vacancies may not always arise for a direct promotion, it's really important to us to develop our staff and help them to achieve fulfilling careers with LRG. Please do keep an eye on our vacancies as new opportunities often arise across the business as we grow. Lizzie - HR Department

Pros

Dont work here unless you cant get a job anywhere else it is as simple as that.

Cons

A complete draconian organisation with nasty HR policies which are aimed directly against the staff. The Area Managers/ Directors take pleasure in making life hard for you here unless you are one of the 'favourites'. They advocate good mental health awareness but, in reality this is just a facade. They are just another homogenous corporate estate agency. They just dont care about there staff just the figures. You will not find the support that you need to do your job and then you will receive the blame. Avoid this company if you can.

Thank you for your review. Our staff are the heart of our business and of our HR policies. Mental health awareness is something we take incredibly seriously, we have an Employee Assistance Programme available to staff and three mental health first aiders on hand to provide support. A supportive environment is very important to us, we therefore encourage all staff to contact senior management or the HR Department about any concerns if they feel unable to approach their direct line manager. We would like to wish you all the best for the future. Lizzie - HR Department

Pros

IT department works really hard. Nice introduction trainer. Fantastic even! Some branch are great, such as Farnborough! CEO seems pretty down to earth, but in the dark about major issues.

Cons

Drug abuse and drink drivers going unpunished. Forced into doing physical exercise as a punishment. Forced into playing games such as cold calling while being forced to stand for an hour. Inappropriate language and racial slurs used in the office. Management age is young and lacking real world experience. Bad parking arrangement. Cold calling!! Low starting wage. Stealing valuations from branch.

Thank you for your review. I'm concerned to read what you have written. We do not tolerate any drug abuse, drink driving, 'punishments' or racial slurs within the business, these are all situations that we would take very seriously. I would urge you to contact us on hrdepartment@lrg.co.uk with further information on these situations so that we can investigate this further. We look forward to hearing from you.
