Pros

The much higher management seem to want people to grow and develop within the company with good values. The CEO is a lovely man who takes time to speak to all members of staff no matter what their position!

Cons

Lower managerial staff (branch managers, sales & lettings managers) seem to halt careers and progression for their own benefit don’t follow the same values as the head office and higher managerial staff
