Pros

Progression is a key feature in which LRG focus on. It's a really good place to work and you are shown you are respected even when you start at the bottom.

Cons

The salary isn't the best, but team commission does help a little bit. I think everyone should be on a higher salary by about £5k.

Pros

The company are very supportive in personal life goals and professional goals. There is a strong support team around to help you achieve and there is a lot of recognition. There is a good work / life balance. The company is very inclusive of all staff.

Cons

Since working at Leaders, I have not experience any downsides of the company.

Pros

Career progression is a big pro of working for Leaders Roman, they heavily promote internal promotions and focus on helping your career path. There are lots of incentives, rewards and recognition. Great work ethic throughout the company. Lots of training is offered on a regular basis.

Cons

I wouldn't necessarily say there are cons working for the company. I have had nothing but positive experiences throughout my 7 years working for Leaders Romans
