Pros

I have worked at Romans since 2014. I feel that I am a valued employee, and I am given the opportunities to learn and progress my career within the company. I am given realistic goals, and the help to achieve them. The quarterly trips are a great incentive to keep working hard!

Cons

The option to have a car allowance instead of a company car would be good.
