Pros

Good pay, great incentives. Information well cascaded from senior management. Hard work is always recognised and rewarded. Company is heading more corporate but not necessarily a bad thing.

Cons

Long hours, work life balance is not great especially with a young family. Other departments have better work life balance which is unfair.

Pros

Lovely staff in the office, friendly atmosphere.

Cons

Terrible wages, basic salary under minimum wage. Too corporate. Company has changed massively since I've been here and not for the better. No incentives or career progression. Ever changing system procedures its hard to keep up!
