Company culture could be a lot better, HR induction paints a lovely picture of the company but unfortunately the company doesn’t live up to it

Pros

Leaders are a brilliant company to work for, combining forward thinking and intelligent directives to allow you outsmart the market and achieve great results. Leaders also provide a down to earth and family like environment where their people are the very fibre of the company. This provides great confidence to the staff and a brilliant platform to develop through the ranks in the company.

Cons

Speaking from a personal stand point, I don't see any major cons. Leaders will demand you to be the absolute best you can be, however this will ultimately get the best out of you and help you develop as a person, which will stand you in good stead for a great career.
