Pros

Nice people and work colleagues

Cons

Unfortunately due to the size of the company now the culture has changed for the worse. Once you work in other industries you realise how much of a dinosaur, estate agency is.

Pros

If you’d have told me a year ago, when my company were acquired by LRG, that I would be writing a five star review for them I would have laughed however here I am doing just that! Initially I came over to LRG after the sale of the former business to ensure that my team and my long term customers transitioned smoothly however had never seen myself working for a corporate agency so gave myself a year. However within the year I have worked for LRG I have learned that it’s not too corporate after all, been supported by my regional manager (Andy), integrated in to the management team and have celebrated successes that didn’t seem possible in the early days. I am now looking forward to my career with LRG. If you are reading this having just found out your company has been acquired by LRG or you are thinking of selling to LRG then you can be confident that this is a company with good ethics and although it seems like a daunting prospect you may just end up being pleasantly surprised!

Cons

The technology needs improvements with regular outages in service.

Thank you for your feedback, we are thrilled to hear about your positive transition into LRG and that you feel Andy has supported you through it. As the company is growing, our plan for 2022 is to improve how we operate, investing in technology to make customer journeys easier and to speed up transaction times so you can work more efficiently. Your feedback is most helpful and we will work towards resolving the technology issue you raised. Thank you again for your review, Razna - HR department
