An Amazing forward thinking, industry leading company to join/work for, with so many opportunities for progression if you are driven and motivated by success! Strong Senior Management team and an inspirational CEO, who always manages to find the time to acknowledge individual successes personally, which is always so positively received!

Cons

Our industry is fast paced and requires a lot of hard work and sustained effort to remain the best Lettings agent! It’s not for the faint hearted, but the rewards and job satisfaction are amazing!

Really good office environment in Croydon, which is what kept me for so long 9-5 on Friday And 9-1 on Saturday Day in lieu

Cons

Commission isn’t great whatsoever, very low salary and you are expected to go above and beyond with very little reward.
