Pros

A company with a lot of progression opportunities. Great leadership and they encourage staff development. Good range of employee benefits. Directors attend the Induction and make everyone feel so welcome.

Cons

None that I can think of at present.

-Motivating environment -Lots of training opportunities -Decent Salary -Bank holidays off

Cons

-Sometimes the targets expected for us to reach are difficult. -You need thick skin as you are sometimes telling clients a lot of what they don't want to hear in terms of maintenance costings etc
