      Pros

      Commission from start, supportive staff and managers, loads of training, CEO is personable / cares about employees, good pay, opportunities are endless (training, education and promotion options), interview wasn't uncomfortable, HEALTHY work environment!

      Cons

      More difficult to progress when staff are happy as people don't often leave! Long working days 8.45-18:00

      Great offices, amazingly friendly, knowledgeable colleagues, excellent potential to promote this office and generate lots of business, earn lots of commission. A chance to help make a difference to the office and gain promotion in the future. I am loving every day so far.

      I need to move closer to the office.
