      The employment process was seamless with no issues, all the staff are welcoming and friendly, feels like a family more than a job

      There's nothing that springs to mind.

      Cons

      No leadership Was told to use my own personal laptop and software when there's wasn't one available when I started Constant staffing issues within the branches, bullying is a regular occurance
