1.Horrible intra- department politics 2. Selfish/rude people, no respect for an employee at all 3. No work life balance whatsoever 4. Team leads/Managers will insult you in front of a crowd to prove their prominence 5. Compelled to work for 14-15hrs a day, and if you don't ..immediately compared with other employees who do 6. Mistreated if you are on a lower position 7. TL/Managers are constantly demeaning employees and being good in front of their bosses 8. If you leave office on time, it is considered you aren't dedicated towards your work 9. In some teams you aren't allowed to go for a coffee break as well, treated worse than school children 10. Good work not appreciated 11. TOXIC work environment/culture 12. These people brag alot about their "so called Lanxess culture/values" but the managers/TLs itself do not follow them when time comes 13. Sometimes managers force employees to work on the day an employee has applied for a leave, despite of work not being very urgent Working in a much smaller organization would be better than working here and disturbing your peace of mind

Low pay. Engineers are required to sign a two year contract to stay with the company. Inherited a position where the last two engineers quit shortly after a year. The environment has plenty of passive-aggressive behavior along with Belief Perseverance. Some employees work with impunity even though they are destructive and abusive.
