      Pros

      Relaxing work atmosphere, depending on what location you work at. If you work at a busy location forget about it. According to the culture of the company your manger is suppose to every hour and there is ongoing criticism In order you to sell better.

      Cons

      Terrible management style, every one lives to micro manage! Every sales associate is responsible for manger work aswell while not getting paid enough.

      1. Terrible pay rate 2. Horrible management, Don't value employees, lots of good people including me, chose to leave 3. Under qualified store managers 4. Lease line: when there is no customer, you need to stand by the door and beg people in 5. This company is your least option.STAY AWAY

      Pros

      Monthly gratis is great you always get to try the newest things before they come out. Hours are great they worked around my schedule.

      Cons

      Poor management. When people need let go upper management is lazy and doesn't document things the way the should. They don't allow anytime for quarterly staff meetings.
