Pros

Low stress work environment, beautiful fragrances, lovely clientele, amazing peers, wonderful atmosphere in the boutique.

Cons

Operationally beyond dysfunctional, Divine is actually Dimethicone, as are the majority of the Skincare products there which is horrible for daily use and I feel like I'm lying to clients that it's amazing, zero payroll to grow the business but the expectations keep increasing, minimal support from the district level and further up, no growth development.

Pros

Amazing products, gratis benefits, honestly not a whole lot to say as far as positives. This company is poor all around.

Cons

Company has zero integrity, forces employees to sell without integrity, everyone is constantly micromanaged & threatened to be written up or fired on a daily basis. Everyone is unhappy. Managers and sales associates quitting left and right because of the way they are treated. Part time sales associates are expected to act like managers. Upper Management and DSMs are clueless.

Pros

The products are just lovely.

Cons

They do not pay in line with other companies at all. Absolutely no training for staff, it is all self train. Not enough hours to coach staff, or have double coverage. Corporate offers no support, but wants unrealistic results. They spend far too much money on everything EXCEPT for tools that most retail companies have. Upper and senior management change all the time. There is no real vision. Lots and lots and lots of waste with failed projects, lack of product stock in store, etc., etc., etc. They are going to go under, as they cannot manage the stores they have the way they currently run them. Yet, they keep on opening more stores like that is going to fix things??
