Pros

- Generous discount and quarterly free products - Good benefits, time off, and salary

Cons

- No commission, but you still have sales goals - Mandatory clothing requirements are not ideal for warmer climates (can be uncomfortable for employees and odd for customers)

Pros

Small work place, privately owned, great products, opportunities to advance, enjoyable quarterly trainings, great for goal-oriented people, locations all over the world, competitive pay for associates, partner benefits and coverage, great personal benefits, monthly bonuses, semi-annual gratis, excellent discount

Cons

constant restructuring, occasional lack of communication between levels of management, uneven training across associate levels, not for people just looking to be a "warm body", stressful deadlines, changing rules, sporadic recruiting tactics, can be disorganized
