Pros

The retail staff within regions really work together as a team to support each other and help out when they can.

Cons

There is a blatant lack of transparency within the company about all elements of the business which is very worrying. Head office put massive pressure on the retail team to achieve targets but does little to support them in tangible ways. Their marketing department is continuously misguided, is unable to drive in the younger customers they desperately need and fails time and time again with their various promotions and attempts at social media engagement. Products continuously have quality issues despite the supposed huge investment that is committed yearly to product research and development and are pulled from the market. Benefits for staff are vastly unequal in different areas and obtaining information about what you are entitled to is like pulling teeth. Along with that salary is extremely bad in comparison to comparative brands in the region. The company makes a point of letting their customers know about their eco commitment through eco refills and packaging information but this ethos is continuously flaunted by warehouse with single products arriving wrapped in layers of bubble wrap in large boxes. From what I have observed stockrooms across the brand have serious health and safety risks. Risk assessments have already been done but upper management refuse to heed their advice as they are reluctant to spend any money that they see as unnecessary which shows a blatant lack of respect for their employees. Head office staff are impossible to reach and take zero accountability for the mistakes they make which impact the retail teams daily, through being paid incorrectly and pay roll officers refusing to pay staff until the next pay cycle in 30 days, the IT department shirking their responsibilities, customer services failing to communicate new policies and marketing interfering with stock levels by sending incorrect information.

Pros

Good employee Gratis program. The products are amazing. Benefits are good when available to you. Some good co-workers.

Cons

Management borders on abusive. Telling a pregnant woman to sit on the floor then yelling at her when she does as told. No consistency, would be told to do something one day then yelled at for it the next day. Management was belittling to staff that worked hard and praised personal favorites regardless of job performance of either. No accountability for management. Taking simple information to district manager was considered insubordinate so reporting anything wrong was deemed treason and you would be fired. Known for promising big and never delivering. Things like pay rates, benefits, job titles and raises.

Pros

The products are nice enough but not worth the money. A great place to work if you are avoiding a drug test.

Cons

low pay, poor gratis, highest internal theft i have seen in an organization and employee reports of theft are ignored, bonuses and contest prizes are often not disbursed or distributed, abusive managers who were pushed out of other retailers for causing internal conflict among staff and destroying morale (so clearly reference checks are faked), learning and development staff are a complete jokes and their projects boondoggles, the most disgusting and mortifying social media ive ever seen originated from the sales conference, overall a company with potential populated by the worst people imaginable. reinold geiger is afraid of success if he keeps this staff. US= fraud, waste, misuse, theft.
