Pros

The products sold in the store are great. Depending on your location, networking as well as interacting with clients/customers is also a great experience. The only benefit you get is 50% discount off of all products, which is decent.

Cons

They claim that they give you competitive wage, however they pay barely above minimum. You literally break your back working for them and definitely do not get paid enough, especially since you are not working on commission to sell majority of the products they push you to sell. Regardless of how long you work there and how well you do, your work will go unnoticed. They do not promote you and instead hire new people, make you train them and give them a higher wage as well as title.

Berated if you don't meet their look policy, threatened to get written up if even your roots grow in and your hair color becomes uneven and unnatural. Threatened to get written up for having imperfect eyeliner even or if your makeup wears off as is natural. Threatened to get written up if you have even red or hot pink nail polish or if your nails ar
