Hi, I'm sorry to hear that were not treated with kindness and respect during your time with us. This is not what we expect from our employees and have a implemented a positive company culture to try and deter this behaviour. We are sorry you didn't see this during your employment. All the best for your next role.

Pros

I really liked that everybody part-time is a key-holder and you were allowed to be in the store alone. The products, especially in skincare, are really nice and it really does teach you how to take better care of your skin. The discount is 40 and then 50 for a few days during Holiday in December.

Cons

Management. Management. Management. Just a tad manipulative and hypocritical- now I'm only speaking on my personal experience. The one manager we had previously was a very kind woman. Also, they are too focused on numbers and trying to make us all commit to a rigid selling strategy. I think the company would greatly benefit from changing their marketing strategy, There's a reason we are not doing as well as Lush from across the way. Out products are great but we are marketing them ineffectively. Also, you can't be full-time unless you're a manager or you are an A-volume store. For a key-holder position-it's underpaid for all that we have ti do.

Pros

The products have an interesting history, are organic, and are quite nice for your skin

Cons

Lack of training for employees, lack of accountability with management, no response from corporate office regarding important issues (let alone follow up)
