Rewarding to watch student progress but tedious

Rewarding job, help kids get ahead in school and watching them complete hard math problems at such young ages is inspirational.

Cons

All you mostly do is grade homework and are not allowed to "teach." You grade piles of papers which can be draining and tedious.

You get to help out kids who may be struggling in school and really make a difference in how they are doing in school.

Cons

You're not really helping out the kids who need help the most but those whose parents can pay the most money. Some of the parents are crazy.
