- Looks good on resume for college kids - ...

Cons

- At the time, paid under minimum wage where I worked (Sunridge in Calgary; $6.50 when min was $7) - They staffed exclusively high achieving high-schoolers and uni-kids that deserved much better - Other locations / companies or independents would pay much better for tutoring

Interacting with school-agers and understanding their needs.

Cons

Low pay for TAs, and the Franchisee (Owner) charges a lot for the tutitions. Parents also have to grade and return their children's worksheets weekly. They also charge additional for answer keys if you borrow them at home.
