      A good place to work if you are a high school student.

      Pros

      Its flexible. Its not very hard work. Its not labor-intensive. Students won't usually give you a hard time. Its after school. Very low pay (at least at my center).

      Cons

      There are very few hours. There is no room for advancement. Its boring, repetitive work that you have to do quickly. Its not that hard to own a Kumon so the manager at my center didn't know what she was doing, and all of her employees are constantly asked to accept responsibility for this.

      Great time personal leave policy. Good health benefits. Good perks - cell phone, AAA membership for field staff, laptop computer

      Managers were largely incompetent in their field. Managers had little experience in managing others Young staff with little experience
