      Pros

      Easy Environment to work in and not always busy Working with students and young children Little physical work, mainly sitting and grading Working at Kumon also serves as a good background for your resume. It is a professional job that required knowledge and effort, yet it is not really stressful or requires a lot of training.

      Cons

      High pressure occasionally during busy times Little room for mistake Must know how to interact with students and parents well, or else they get upset

      Pros

      Not much mental input needed Very easy to get hired (on the spot, for me) The kids are awesome, some of them are just hilarious- they're like my siblings Easy commute

      Cons

      Not much mental input needed Those kids that bring up their work for the 100th time without any corrections Kids with really bad handwriting, or really large handwriting Grading is tedious Being a grader, I'm not allowed to help the kids figure out what they did wrong, I get warnings if I give so much as a hint to what page the mistake is on Pay is min. wage ($9) Hours are limited (3 hours/week)
