      Working at Kumon Learning Center

      Pros

      You get to help many students who either need help or are high achieving. Helping these two types of students is very rewarding for different reasons. You also learn more about the subject as you help the students.

      Cons

      The pay is not very good for the amount of work that the teaching assistant has to do. The environment depend on the different kumon center. We get minimum wage for correcting students' work, helping them on some problematic area, and doing some filing.

      The marking system is very efficient and organized. the other employees are very friendly and understanding. Everybody follows the rules and knows what to do

      Cons

      The Center is very crowed, the desks are small, and the chairs are uncomfortable

      Pros

      I have met some interesting people (parents, kids and coworkers). The hours were flexible.

      Cons

      The workplace is disorganized and the room population passes its maximum capacity easily multiple times in a 5 hr span with no windows.
