      Pros

      I have met some interesting people (parents, kids and coworkers). The hours were flexible.

      Cons

      The workplace is disorganized and the room population passes its maximum capacity easily multiple times in a 5 hr span with no windows.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
