Kumon has excellent benefits. The employee deduction for medical insurance premiums is the lowest of any other companies that I've worked with. There has been no increase in the rates since I started working here but there will be a minimal increase this year and it will still be lower than most other companies. The company matches (100%) up to 6% of the 401K contribution. An employee is fully vested after 2 years. Generous Holiday Policy Diversity - could be representative of the UN. As long as you know your job and does it efficiently and effectively there is usually no pressure from management.

Kumon is a comfortable work enviroment, Management is very friendly and helpful. If you need help with understanding something, there is always someone willing to give you a helping hand. Noone has a bad attitude and everyone is always upbeat. It feels good to know you are helping out in some way with children, that need help or just want to get ahead in their education. No matter what your position is at Kumon, you are in some way helping the parents and children.
