Kumon is a great place to work! The people are friendly and upper management makes a real commitment to get to know their employees. Kumon is a work place in which you can advance and the opportunites that arise are outstanding!

Honestly, Kumon is such a great place to work, I cannot thing of anything negative or antyhing that they need to work on as a company.

My co-workers, the constant learning and training. The benefits as well as the work schedule. Mostly the feeling of not being constrained to one job duty.
