Poor communication with HR. Manager is overly controlling and hypocritical, treats staff more like children than professionals. Had four people leave in one month all due to his behaviour. Extremely understaffed and always busy. Instead of helping staff, manager likes to laugh with parents and stand around during class hours. Assigned additional responsibilities not included in the description without training or compensation, makes the job more stressful and demaning. Manager doesnt talk to children but rather screams at them, clear favouritism which the kids have picked up on. Overall, abuse of power is very present.

Worked here for four years as a Field Consultant. For reference, they reached out to me via LinkedIn and offered me the job after interviewing. There were multiple workplace misconduct violations during my time there including a legitimate SH case this year involving a manager in Los Angeles that led to a mass exodus due to their HR dept's inability to resolve the issue. There are bad people working in upper management positions who will deceive their subordinates into completing their work for them and in extreme cases, subject you to SH.
