      week off between Christmas and New Year typical 9 to 5 working hours regular office employees fairly friendly

      Cons

      for an education company, not very 'family friendly' no titles unless your position is in management, so its hard to gauge your role vague or no direction for department lack of communication from management compensation

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
