You will receive little to no training and/or support and when you ask for training, you will be threatened and harassed as to why you need it. These companies just seem to be oblivious to how they destroy and trample on initial passions for growing and developing within the company. No dollar amount is worth the pains you will endure working for Kroger. Don't let them fool you too.
