Pros

Working hours are flexible Pay is okay

Cons

You are being recorded for your entire shift and points being given for every little thing you do. You take a drink of water? Points. You turn the corner without two hands on the steering wheel? Points. You are less than 8 seconds behind the car in front of you? Points. You go over the speed limit at all? Points. It goes on and on. The management definitely plays favorites. Some people never go on deliveries but stay at the warehouse all day doing nothing while the rest of us are busting our butts delivering groceries all day. Sometimes you might have 10 cases of water and it has to go to the third floor that has no elevator. You are given 5-7 stops per hour but some of the stops might be 20-30 minutes away. Which makes it’s impossible to complete all your stops on time. Not the worst job I’ve ever had but the con’s definitely outweigh the pros

Pros

Close to home that’s about it

Cons

I am not happy at all with the way the training was and the way the leads/supervisors behave. They give you an unrealistic amount of pallets to stock. 3rd shift should be smooth and easy going as there is only so much one can do. After every shift the lead behaves as if you have not done enough and even when it’s time to clock out they try to give me an hour more of work.. for the extremely low pay it is just not worth the stress at all. It’s a bunch of younger guys that take there jobs way to seriously..

Pros

None absolutely nothing to add as a pro.

Cons

No hours to give for “work” You have to complete a run in 37 seconds Walmart allows 2 hours. It’s hostile because everyone is stressed and over worked and under payed. Yes UNDER PAID! No benefits until you at least make it to a year. You’re watched like a criminal and Kroger treats you as their property not as a human and disregards human rights. Expects you to be ill and show up to work even though you are by food and the community. If you’re not hired on as full time you will only be guaranteed for the week 4 hrs maximum to utilize your service. Try leaving off of a four hour work day a week. It’s not happening but per Kroger policy that’s what they do. Don’t bother working here. The disabled is preyed upon here as they have no mental capacity to understand and can be taken advantage of with Kroger policies in place. Kroger will happily use and abuse their workers with no disregard.
