      Well-recognized brand, a global presence

      Everyone is out for themselves. There was a recent downsizing and the way they treated the impacted employees was horrible, They also did not account for clients being dropped and so clients were left hanging wondering who their new point of contact was.

      In the past 18 months I've watched 3000 people be terminated while the company closes 2 fiscals each with record high revenues and profits, all while tweeting out messages of empathy and people being your greatest asset. Also the company internally models exactly 0 of what it promotes to clients: job opportunities are never posted, salary ranges are a secret, performance reviews do not exist, management is abusive to staff, actual hourly rates to clients are hidden, and everyone is measured only on financial results (nothing on client satisfaction). Total house of cards.

      There are few , if any pros.

      Cons

      Korn Ferry does next to nothing for their employees. Professional development is nonexistent. Sales goals are a joke, as the senior client partners do all the selling and keep the credit for themselves. Clients do not get what they pay for. The so-called experts are mostly recent college graduates with little to no experience. It is a total con job.
