      Was great until it wasn't...

      Pros

      +Very friendly community of tutors +materials are given to you and you have the freedom to alter them to fit your classes +You can pick which available classes you want to take +Remote +Relaxed atmosphere +Good hourly pay +The kids are always lovely +Fulfilling

      Cons

      -lack of job security -company is not very transparent with its employees -can be disorganised -made a load of staff redundant overnight with no warning -client managers make decisions about your group without you being aware -don't provide zoom account for you for 1-1's -your lessons are reviewed randomly, this is great except some people had reviews every week and others once every few months -blatant favouritism

      Worst company to ever work for - you will regret it they damage your mental health

      Pros

      - fast growth but for less money - remote work

      Cons

      not many pros lets head to the cons : - feels more like a boarding school where you are constantly being told off - The Russian leaders - more than 50% - shout at you and demean you as much as they can - constantly on edge about results as if you perform bad 1 day you are fired - expect loads of free work - never pay on time - fire you with no notice and compensation. - just this month they fired over 50 people overnight with no explanation - ignore you a lot - offer promotions and expect 3 peoples worth of work from 1 body and act surprised when you are drained. they then wait for you to build a whole team and set everything up and then fire you and replace you with cheap labour this company are users and abusers they play with your mental health and feelings and suck everything out of you

      Pros

      - Work from home - "flexible hours" -Meet many people from Europe, although all are risking their life working with this company as you might get fired from one moment to another, you are lucky if you get notice

      Cons

      -Must own an equipment -Have to work their hours, they are not really flexible hours -If you progress you get fired on the spot because you did not succeed in the position -Training is completely missing, you have to figure out your way otherwise you are fired unless you are from Russia or the vicinity -Russian company with Russian policy, they do not mentor, they pretend to know more than you with little experience, telling you off 24/7, went hey would not even be able to do the job you are doing
