-lack of job security -company is not very transparent with its employees -can be disorganised -made a load of staff redundant overnight with no warning -client managers make decisions about your group without you being aware -don't provide zoom account for you for 1-1's -your lessons are reviewed randomly, this is great except some people had reviews every week and others once every few months -blatant favouritism
