      Pesimas condiciones para los trabajadores

      No hay muchos pros, que se puedan resaltar mas alla de que es un trabajo remoto.

      Cons

      El salario no es competitivo, inicias ganando 1.5 usd por hora, y lo maximo que han aumentado es hasta 2.0. El head de cs latam, no es sincero, y tampoco hace las cosas transparentes. la carga laboral en cs no es justa con lo que se recibe a cambio, te hacen trabajar horas extras no pagas. Te hacen mentirle a los clientes, respecto a sus reembolsos.

      Great team to work with!

      Pros

      The obvious, I can work from home. But, I feel the best part of my work in Kodland is the fact that I have an excellent team. My peers are always there to help and accompany my decisions. And my group of tutors are excellent.

      Cons

      In my case the work shift, because I live in Argentina and the company has a different time zone. But it's not bad

      They are scamming empoyees

      Pros don't exist since this is a scam and using people to work on probation period just to make a sale and then terminate the contract

      Cons

      Please everyone be aware, they are changing sales team on a daily basis, they give you the conditions for the probation period at the begining, then you sell one course, they welcome you on the team, you sign the contract.. you keep working for a few more days for free and you sell more courses, and then they terminate your contract without notice. They are scammers and they use people who are on probation period to sell courses without intention of really hiring them.
