      Great Company & Culture for Tax!

      Pros

      Wide variety of career opportunities in tax. Bonuses are recommended and reviewed monthly and not once a year. Supervisors of staff have direct ownership of their direct reports compensation. Work is challenging and does not become monotonous. Constant opportunities to learn more as a tax professional since Koch is invested in diverse businesses around the world. Feedback is given proactively so that employees have a understanding as to where they are at in their career and what they can do to progress to their individual goals. Good healthcare packages for different points in ones life that are affordable.

      Got paid every two weeks.

      Cons

      A month before I started they switched me to an accounting role from a business development role. This meant that I would not be eligible for bonuses and I would be doing accounting rather than my passion, investing. Within 4 months I was recruited to one of the top trading firms world wide doing something I love while earning twice what Koch paid me.
