Pros

Good MBM culture CEO and top management (US) has a good direction work life balance

Cons

Local office (Singapore) management has no intention to recognize the worker No career progression or growth Only care about sales figure but did not look at the importance of eg. building good rapport with client, good job only means you have a good sales figure, other effort that you put in will only be overlooked.

Pros

I enjoyed my time at Koch from a learning experience with regards to technology exposure and working in a large fast paced company that is continually changing and evolving.

Cons

If your supervisor doesn't like you beware because HR won't stick up for you or try to figure out if it's a personal problem the manager has with the employee or a work problem with the employee. I was with Koch for 2.5 years and 2 of those years I was continually bullied by my supervisor who was not only female but also my same age and for whatever reason she did not like me. She bullied me the entire time I was her subordinate. It was so obvious of her dislike for me that even my team members (all of whom were much older than our supervisor) asked me if that's how she always speaks to me after she confronted me about an issue in front of them. I felt stuck and like I couldn't go talk to hr about her behavior in fear of retaliation from her. Unfortunately, by not doing so it back fired on me as she went to hr and told them that I was treating her and employees the way that she was actually treating me. HR never discussed this matter with but instead my supervisor and HR pulled me into a meeting to tell me that I was on a professional development plan for 3 months and I had to sign a paper saying that I received notification. That was it after that I had to watch my back very carefully and every time I received and email form something thanking me for my help and telling me they appreciated my work I had to save them in a folder just in case. My 3 months were up and no one discussed with me what the next steps were and in that 3 months my supervisor never discussed with me how to improve. So when I asked my supervisor at the end of the 3 months what the next steps were she told me there's nothing but to know if I act up again that's it , there won't be a second chance. Thankfully 2 months after this there was a change up within the accounting department and supervisors were moving around and I was given a new supervisor. He was great and made it so my last few months with the company were enjoyable.
