      Opportunities for advancement and strong company financials. Enjoyable work environment. Management embraces company MBM philosophy. Offers good employee benefits package and 401K company match.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities to increase pay and no flex time offered. Company could do a better job identifying gaps in pay on in-kind jobs and bridging gender pay gap.

I am disappointed that you didn’t feel like you had a good understanding of our compensation philosophy. Our compensation philosophy is no secret and employees, as well as external parties can read in detail about our philosophy in Chapter 10 of Good Profit (Charles Koch’s book). As an organization, we have a pay for performance compensation philosophy that aims to pay individual employees competitively based on the value they create for the organization.       Best company I've had the pleasure of working for

      Pros

      One of the best companies I've had the pleasure of working for. Quite a few pros to be had here: Competitive pay compared to everything (except the oilfield in full swing) Great benefits Very family orientated. I've had more than one issue arise and so have many coworkers and everyone really comes together to help them out Very team orientated. They make sure that once your in the fold, they do their best to help you rise to the occasion. Willing to recognize hard work and talent. It's not always immediate, but when they notice, your career takes off.

      Cons

      Swing shift-constantly rotating days and night gets frustrating for everyone. Wish they had a solid schedule or rotate less. Safety- I understand that it's out of they're hands and they're trying to make sure everyone gets home safely, but they sometimes take it to far.
