Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We aren’t perfect, but as a company we are continually learning and are glad you saw the impact of our market based management culture at Koch. I am disappointed that you didn’t feel like you had a good understanding of our compensation philosophy. Our compensation philosophy is no secret and employees, as well as external parties can read in detail about our philosophy in Chapter 10 of Good Profit (Charles Koch’s book). As an organization, we have a pay for performance compensation philosophy that aims to pay individual employees competitively based on the value they create for the organization. Your feedback is appreciated and we continue to look for ways to better assimilate employees to our compensation philosophy in our onboarding program, through training, and continued conversations with their supervisor/leaders.
