      Pros

      Koch's culture make it a wonderful place to work. This is the first organization that I have worked for where the company's Guiding Principles are more than just a poster on a wall.

      Cons

      A career with Koch is what you make of it. There are plenty of opportunities out there but it takes a motivated employee to seek out new challenges. This isn't necessarily a con, but it isn't a good fit for everyone.

      Pros

      The culture at Koch has made me a better person. Koch takes their guiding principles seriously and provides employees an honest look in the mirror at how they're doing. This can sting at first, but this type of honest feedback is a gift. I'm a big believer in the notion that you become like the people you spend time with. The values at Koch are a good match for my personal values, and I'm grateful that my coworkers are rubbing off on me in a positive way.

      If you need work to be steady and predictable, Koch is likely not a great fit.

      Koch Industries is a great place to work! The employees are all aligned with the culture and there is always room for advancement. Managers take interest in their employee's career development.
