      Pros

      The environment is outstanding, they ensure to keep the building modern and ergonomic. The employees are all very friendly and align well with the values and culture Koch is built on. The cafe's at the Wichita location have outstanding food, too!

      Cons

      It can be overwhelming with the amount of people who work at Koch, but it is a great opportunity to grow your network and isn't quite as big as it seems after you are accustomed to it.

      Pros

      Koch's culture make it a wonderful place to work. This is the first organization that I have worked for where the company's Guiding Principles are more than just a poster on a wall.

      Cons

      A career with Koch is what you make of it. There are plenty of opportunities out there but it takes a motivated employee to seek out new challenges. This isn't necessarily a con, but it isn't a good fit for everyone.
