      Flexible schedule, freedom to make decisions, opportunity to gain wide range of experience

      Cons

      MBM is pushed hard on hourly, managers are exempt. Mgmt dishonest. Generally mgmt positions are filled will low skill, low experience, low education yes men.

      Pros

      - They will do their best to make sure you are comfortable at your desk, most employees will get a company phone.

      Cons

      Be prepared to get "stepped on" interns that have seniority over you will do their best to make sure you don't get the full time position they wanted. They will lie and get you fired if you don't kiss their rear ends. Advice to recent IT grads, if you are offered employment, consider re thinking. Any place of authority in this place is earned by stepping on others.

As a company that invests in and values our college talent, be it interns or coops, I am disappointed to hear about your experience. As an organization we value not only how we treat our employees, but how they treat each other. The behavior you described is certainly not the type of environment we thrive in nor encourage. I have worked in many of our offices around the country and this is not the Koch I know and love.
