      I have held several different roles between several Koch Companies within HR and Training.

      Pros

      Koch has many opportunities for advancement and developement. Koch Companies encourage you to be a continuous learner and provide your feedback and challenge to better ideas and processes.

      Cons

      You may feel anxiety as you are pushed to work outside your comfort zone to provide personal growth. I have a constant sense of unease due to the feeling that I need to contribute more.

      Amazing environment and people, it’s a pleasure to come to work.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are messaging inconsistencies, but it is a constantly changing work environment so something that was right two months ago may be different now.
