      Great experience for young welders willing to learn and move up in their career

      Good team environment, great safety program, management is ok the supervisor are willing to work for an honest person showing good integrity

      Cons

      The work is fast pace, the breaks are short, don’t plan for weekend unless you ask early if Saturday’s are off
