Pros

I worked at Koch industries for 5 years. They have a well embedded MBM principle that they try to follow. International in nature and transfers people in between companies (for high level management employees largely)

Cons

Lacks Integrity. Management leaders don't follow MBM (just teach) specially in adverse times Not employee friendly. Lacks empathy towards employees. Lots of cases of unethical dismissal. Termination of pregnant women, sick employees is common

Thanks for your feedback. We compensate and reward team members based on the value they create. This system provides greater incentive and bonus opportunities for all employees, without having to wait for seniority. If you feel that you are not being compensated accordingly, we encourage you to talk with your supervisor or HR representative to learn the reason why and have a candid conversation about your role, responsibilities, and expectations.

Pros

Focused on growing and not remaining stagnant. Driving positive change is an expectation, along with Challenging ideas to find the "right thing" to do. Encouraged to treat others they should be treated. Culture fit is the focus for talent acquisition which helps make sure everyone is swimming in the same direction however thought diversity is encouraged/expected as part of the challenge process. Tons of opportunity to advance or try out other roles. Compensation is based on your contribution, not on the number of years you've been there. The more value you create, the more compensation you can obtain.

Cons

Bureaucratic at times. It's difficult to gain alignment on the Enterprise level. Upper leaders want to drive a Digital Transformation, however, there's little evidence they want to model the way forward. It's corporate, they'll let you work your fingers to bone, you need to take control of work-life balance.
